Aluminium is lightweight making it effortless to install compared to other roofing products. Our product PXALM is extra soft professional quality aluminium. The sheet has practically no resilience so that tight seams can be made easily by machine or even by hand down to a sheet temperature of +5°C.
Rust-resistant, aluminium can last for decades. providing a solution for areas with up to C5 corrosion class. Lindab provides up to 50 years warranty for use in areas with corrosion class C1-C3 and 40 years warranty for use in areas with corrosion class C4-C5. The coating also has good general chemical durability and excellent colour retention.
The coating is a very scratch resistant coating with a good colour- and gloss retention. A textured surface makes the coating very matte, often under 5, and gives the coating a structure. Due to the textured surface, always make sure to mount the material in the same direction and also avoid mixing batches on the same roof- or wallside. Otherwise the structure in the coating can lead to a perceived difference of the colour to the eye as the sun light will break in different ways.
